Vintage Table Numbers

I have purchased vintage frames and would like to use vintage looking paper with numbers for the table numblers like the following examples from http://bridalcookie.com/weddingtobe/diy-vintage-frame-table-numbers/. 

 

Burlap Table Linen with mason jars/candles

I definitely want to use burlap to cover the entire table, if not as the overlay.  I also like the mason jars on the table.
